Return/ Refund Policy

There are absolutely NO refunds or returns. All sales are final.

If the order has not been shipped out we will accommodate special requests to cancel the order. Please let us know ASAP if you would like to have the order canceled. Please note any orders cancelled will pay 5% chargeback fee.

Once a shipping label has been generated with a tracking number and emailed to you, we may still cancel your order if you wish. Be advised that we can not refund shipping cost and the 5% chargeback fee will be applied as well. 

If an order is refused and shipped back to us we will refund the amount of the product minus a 5% charge back fee and shipping. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. If this happens you will be refunded the full amount.


Failed Deliveries

  • In the event that an order is returned to the shipper due to any of the following reasons:
- order refusal
- order cancellation
- rerouting the package to shipper
- rerouting package to a different address
- no pick up from FedEx or UPS location
- incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
- courier attempted delivery and no one or no persons above the age of 21 was home
- a charge-back was placed on an order that is in transit
- lack of accepting order in any way

 

The customer is liable for all shipping charges, including an additional return shipping fee. Additional credit fees may be included. Initial and return shipping costs are subtracted from the total amount of the order. Refunds are processed within a calendar month of the returned delivery date to Bobar Liquor 5.

Credit card refunds require 7-10 business days to process.
