Years ago, a heroic New York City fireman retired to Old San Juan after many years “on the job”. His passion became inventing tropical drinks at a local hotel bar. He soon created the perfect blend of coconut, pineapple, dark Caribbean rum, and a touch of fresh dairy cream. Thus, he continued his previous career of putting out fires.
