The grain is carefully inspected before it is accepted into the distillery. It is then, slowely fermented before being distilled three times. The distilled spirit travels to the famed Latvijas Balzams facility in Latvia where it is blended with artisan well water, sourced deep below the earth.The spirit is then filtered through super fine quartz sand to begin the removal of impurities. The flow rate is set through Russian birch wood charcoal, to optimize the spirit. To ensure perfection the spirit goes through a freeze-filtration process at -18°C. the super-chilled spirit is then passed at an ultra-slow velocity through an ion-charged filter and allowed to rest.
